Vegetable Fried Rice.

Vegetable Fried Rice can be served with salad & Pickle

Ingredients

1)Basmati Rice-2 cup
2)capsicum(Green Bell Pepper)-1 nos
3)Onion-1 nos-finely chopped
4)Carrot-1 nos-finely chopped
5)Broccoli-(optional)-1 bunch
6)French beans-250gm finely chopped
7)Bay leaves
8)Ghee-6 tsp
9)Cinnamon stick-1
10)Pepper powder - 1 tsp
11)Garam masala-a pinch
12)Ginger garlic paste-1/4 tsp
13)Salt to taste
14)Cashews & Raisins

How to Prepare

1)Cook the rice with 4 cup(s) of water and when it starts boiling
  add salt and ghee to it,Once it is cooked,Keep it aside.
  (each grain should be separate)
2)Heat ghee in a pan,add chopped vegetables to it and saute it.Add
  pepper powder,garam masala,cinnamon stick,ginger garlic paste and
  soya sauce and bay leaves to it.
3)Mix the vegetables to the cooked rice and stir it well.
4)Heat ghee in a pan add Cashew nuts and raisins and fry it till golden brown in colour.
5)Garnish it with Cashew nuts and raisins.

Vegetable fried rice is ready to be served.
