Vegetable Cutlet
Vegetable Cutlet can be served with Tomato Ketchup or chilli sauce.
Ingredients
1)Mashed Potatoes-2 nos
2)Beetroot -1 nos
3)Carrot-1 nos
4)Oninon-1 nos
5)Bread crumbs
6)Garam Masala-1 tsp
7)Red Chilly powder-1/2 tsp
8)Black Pepper 1 pinch
9)Ginger Garlic Paste-1/4 tsp
10)Green chili-1
11)Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
How to Prepare
1)Cook the vegetables,and mix it with the mashed potatoes.
2)Heat oil in a pan add curry leaves,green chili,Onion
and saute them add garam masala,red chilly powder,pepper
powder,ginger garlic paste,coriander powder to it
3)Add cooked vegetables to this and mix it well.
4)Make oval shaped balls and apply breadcrumbs over each of
them.
5)Shallow fry on both sides till golden brown
Vegetable Cutlet is ready to be served.
