Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients

1)Black Mushrooms-8
2)Carrot-1
3)Bamboo shoot-4 inch piece
4)White cabbage-1
5)Spiced bean curd-3 inch square piece
6)Malt vinegar-1 tsp
7)Light Soy sauce-1 tsp

Seasoning

1)Seasame oil-1 tsp
2)Light soy sauce-2 tsp
3)White Pepper-1/2 tsp
4)Salt-1 tsp

How to Prepare

1)Remove stems from the mushrooms, soak it in hot water for 15-20 minutes.
2)Drain and roughly chop.
3)Place it in a steamer,cover and steam for 10 minutes.
4)Put the carrot and bamboo in boiling water for 2 minutes and cut it into small cubes.
5)Make 4 deep cuts around cabbage root with a sharp knife,boil the cabbage for
    5 minutes.
6)Gently separate 12 outer leaves.
7)Cube the bean curd and mix it with the mushrooms,carrot and bamboo shoot, add
    vinegar and soy sauce.
8)Place a spoonful of mixture at the bottom of each cabbage leaf. Fold in the sides
    and roll up.
9)Arrange in one or two layers of a steamer.
10)Steam for 10 minutes.
11)Mix in all the seasoning ingredients and serve with the cabbage rolls.

Stuffed Cabbage rolls are ready to be served.
