Stir-Fried Baby Bamboo Shoots with Red Chili

Ingredients

1)Baby Bamboo Shoots-1 lb
2)Red chili Peppers-4
3)Corn oil-1/4 cup
4)Crushed Garlic-1/2 tsp
5)Soup stock-1/4 cup
6)Salt-1 tsp
7)Light Soy sauce-1 1/2 tsp
8)Sugar-1 tsp

How to Prepare

1)Cut off the old steams and skins from the baby bamboo shoots,wash it properly and cut the chili peppers  into thin slices.
2)Heat oil in a pan,when it is hot add chili pepper and garlic,stir-fry for a minute. Add the baby bamboo shoots,salt,soy sauce and sugar,and stir thoroughly.
3)Pour in the soup stock and simmer.
4)Cover it ,and cook till most of the liquid  has been absorbed.

Stir-Fried Baby Bamboo Shoots with Red Chili is ready to be served.
