Seafood Salad
A refreshing salad which is quite often served as a pre-meal starter. This is an excellent summertime salad.
Ingredients
1)Boiled Scallops-1/2 cup
2)Boiled Shrimps-1/2 cup
3)Boiled and diced fish-1/2 cup
4)Boiled and sliced squid-1/2 cup
5)Shelled boiled clams-1/2 cup
6)Sliced galangal-1 tsp
7)Sliced shallots-2 tsp
8)Minced garlic-2 tsp
9)Crushed red chilli-3 no
10)Fish sauce-2 tsp
11)Lime Juice-4 tsp
12)Lettuce leaves
13)Coriander leaves
14)Shredded red chillies-2 no
How to prepare
1)Cut the Boiled shrimp and scallops into 1/2 inch cubes.
2)Mix lime juice with fish sauce,add chillies,garlic,shallots
and galangal,Mix it well.
3)Add cooked shrimp,scallops,fish,squid and calms,toss to mix
seasonings.
4)Serve on a bed of lettuce and garnish it with coriander leaves
and chillies.
Seafood salad is ready to be served.
