Pork Curry

Ingredients

1) Pork - 1/2 kg
2) Onions - 4 Nos.
3) Oil - As required
4) Curry leaves - As required Mustard seeds - to taste
5) Salt - to taste
6) Ginger garlic paste - 2 tea spoons
7) Chilly powder - 2 table spoon
8)Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon
9) Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon
10) Cloves - 2 Nos.
11) Cinnamon - 3 pieces
12)Shahjeera - 1/2 table spoon
13) Black pepper powder - 1 1/2 tea spoon

How to prepare  

The pork is cooked well in enough water. The mustard seeds are tempered in another pan with oil. Saute the onions in oil till they turn brown. Add the first set of ingredients and subsequently the second set of ingredients. When the lot is well sauted, half cup of water is added followed by the cooked meat and the third set of ingredients ground well. Close the pan and allow to cook together. When it boils well, take it off the stove and serve hot.
