Pasta with Fresh Vegetables

Ingredients

1)Carrots-3
2)Zucchini-2
3)Butter-1/4 cup
4)Onion-1
5)Minced Garlic Cloves-3
6)Heavy cream-1/2 cup
7)Salt-1/2 tsp
8)Dried tarragon leaves-1/2 tsp
9)Pepper-1/4 tsp
10)Cooked drained Pasta-2 cup
11)Vegetable broth-1/2 cup

How to Prepare

1)Cut carrots and zucchini lengthwise into thin slices.
2)Boil water in a pan,when it is ready,add carrots and zucchini.
3)Cook until crisp and tender,remove from the pan and drain.
    keep it aside.
4)Heat butter in a pan over medium heat,add onion and garlic,cook
    until tender,gradually stir in broth,cream and seasonings,simmer
    for 5 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened.
5)Add vegetables, heat thoroughly,stirring occasionally.
6)Add vegetables and sauce to hot cooked pasta,toss lightly.

Pasta with fresh vegetables is ready to be served.
