Paneer Butter Masala

Ingredients

1)Fried Paneer(cut into pieces)-1 cup
2)Butter-2 tsp
3)Onion-2
4)Tomato paste-4 tsp
5)Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp
6)Powdered Kasturi Methi(dried leaves of fenugreek plant)
7)Sugar-a pinch
8)Cashews-4
9)Salt -as required
10)Garam Masala-1 tsp
11)Cinnamon-1 nos

How to Prepare

1)Soak the cashews in hot water,grind it to a paste.
2)Heat butter in a pan,add onion to it and saute it.
  When it is golden brown in colour add tomato,Pepper
  powder,Kasturi Methi,cinnamon,Sugar,Paneer,garam
  masala,and cashew paste to it.
3)Add water and salt as required and boil it for
  some time,turn off the gas.

Paneer Butter Masala is ready to be served.
