Mutton Biryani

Ingredients

1)Mutton-1 kg
2)Rice-1 kg
3)Small Onion(Shallot)-8
4)Green chilli-2
5)Onion-2(chopped vertically)
6)Tomato-2
7)Coriander leaves
8)Cinnamon-1
9)Cardamom-2 pods
10)Cloves-1
11)Pepper Powder-1 tsp
12)Cumin seeds
13)Cashews and Raisins
14)Ghee
15)Curd
16)Ginger Garlic paste-3 tsp
17)Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
18)Bay leaves
19)Garam masala-1 tsp

How to prepare

1)In a large vessel,mix the meat,curd,chopped green chilies,  
  ginger garlic paste,salt,garam masala,chili powder,turmeric
  powder and marinate it for an hour or two.
2)Heat oil in a pan,add chopped onion to it,and when it is half
  done add small onion to it,add ginger garlic paste and fry it
  until golden brown,add Pepper powder,cumin seeds,crushed green
  chilli,turmeric powder,coriander leaves,chopped Tomato and fry it
  well,fried masala is ready. 
3)Cook mutton pieces in a vessel with cinnamon,cardamom,cloves
  and bay leaves,boil it for some time,cook till the mutton
  pieces are soft.
4)Boil the rice(for one cup of rice two cup of water)when it
  starts boiling add ghee and spices to it.
5)Grease a vessel with 1 tsp of ghee,add some fried masala(step 2)
  to this,add some rice,add cooked mutton(step 3)and repeat this
  process.
6)After completion add ghee to it.
7)Heat ghee in a pan,and fry cashews and raisins till golden brown. 
8)Garnish it with the fried cashews and fried raisins.

Mutton Biryani is ready to be served.
