Mango Mousse
Mango Mousse is a delicious dessert and it is very easy to make.
Ingredients
1)Mango Pulp-1 3/4 lb
2)Double cream-7 oz
3)Eggs-2
4)Caster Sugar-2 tsp
5)Juice-5 tsp
6)Powdered gelatine-1 tsp
How to Prepare
1)Beat the mango pulp with an electric whisk.
2)In another bowl whisk the cream until it is whipped lightly.
3)Dissolve gelatine in a little hot water.
4)Whisk the egg whites until they form soft peaks.Add the dissolved
gelatine and sugar into the egg white.Add the whisked cream and pulp.
5)Mix it well,transfer this to a bowl and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Mango mousse is ready to be served.
