Lemon Rice

Lemon Rice can be served with salad,pickle and pappad.

Ingredients

1)Basmati Rice- 2 cup
2)Mustard Seeds-1 tsp
3)Red chili-2
4)Curry leaves
5)Green chilies-2
6)Urad dal-2 tsp
7)Chana dal-2 tsp
8)Vegetable oil-4 tsp
9)Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
10)Juice of one Lemon

How to Prepare

1)Cook Basmati rice with 4 cup(s)of water,and keep it aside.
2)Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seeds and red chilly to it
  and when it starts popping add green chilies,curry leaves,
  urad dal,chana dal and fry it well.
3)Add turmeric powder to it and turn off the gas.
4)Add cooked rice,salt and lemon juice to the above and mix it
  well.

Lemon Rice is ready to be served
