Kebabs
Kebabs can be served with Pan bread or rice.
Ingredients
1)Lamb meat-2 lb/900 g
2)Mint leaves
3)Garam masala-1 tsp
4)Vegetable oil-1 tsp
5)Pepper powder-1 tsp
6)Salt as required
7)Red chili powder-1 tsp
8)Chopped Green Chillies-2 tsp
9)Crushed Garlic-2 tsp
10)Grated ginger-2 tsp
How to prepare
1)Cut the lamb meat into 1/4 inch pieces.
2)Mix red chilly powder,pepper powder,ginger,garlic and add this to
the meat and marinate it for 1 or 2 hours.
3)Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan.When it is hot add meat to it
reduce the heat.
4)Cover it and cook it on medium heat,cook for 10-15 minutes or till
the meat is tender.
5)Add garam masala to this,fry the meat until it turns light brown in
colour.
6)Garnish it with mint leaves.
Kebabs are ready to be served.
