Fish Fry - Meen Porichathu

Ingredients

1)Fish-1/2 kg
2)Red Chilly Powder-1 tsp
3)Pepper Powder-1/4 tsp
4)Coriander Powder-1/2 tsp
5)Turmeric Powder-a pinch
6)Ginger Garlic paste
7)Salt to taste
8)Coconut oil/Vegetable Oil- For frying
How to Prepare

1)Cut the fish into pieces of the required size.
2)Make a Paste of Red chilli powder,coriander powder
  Pepper powder,Turmeric Powder,ginger garlic paste
  and salt.Add coconut oil as required.
3)Apply the paste on the fish and marinate fish for
  atleast an hour.(Marinating fish adds flavor and
  moisture to the flesh)
4)Heat oil in a pan,Fry the fish until golden
  Brown.

Fish fry is ready to be served.
