These delicious chocolate cookies are quick and easy to make.

Ingredients

1)All purpose Flour-2 cup
2)Baking powder
3)Sugar-1/2 cup
4)Salt-1/4 tsp
5)Butter-1 cup
6)Rum-2 tsp
7)Chocolate-1/2 cup
8)Pine nuts,toasted-1 cup

How to Prepare

1)Mix the all purpose flour,salt and baking powder and keep
  it aside.
2)Grind the pine nuts and sugar until the consistency of very
  coarse sand.
3)Mix the butter and pine nut mixture and transfer this to an
  electric mixer until the sugar is incorporated,add the dry
  ingredients and after that add chocolate and rum.
4)Form the dough into an 8*2 inch cylinder.
5)Wrap it in a plastic wrap and refrigerate it for 1 hour.
6)Shape the cookie dough into 1/2 inch thick rounds.
7)Preheat the oven to 350 degree F and place rack in center of
  oven and place the cookies on the baking sheets.
8)Bake for 10 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown around
  the edges.
9)Remove it from oven and let cookies cool on baking sheet.

Chocolate cookies are ready to be served.
