Chocolate Cake with Fudge Sauce
A quick and easy chocolate cake and fudge sauce recipe.
Ingredients
All purpose Flour-(Maida)-1 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder-1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar-1 1/2 cup
Soda powder-1 1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence-1 tsp
Melted Butter-180gm
Hot Milk-1 cup
Vinegar-1 tsp
Egg-2 nos
How to prepare
1)Preheat oven to 300°F and grease and line bottoms with rounds of wax paper and grease paper
2)Mix All purpose Flour-(Maida),cocoa,sugar and soda powder.
3)Add vinegar to the milk.
4)Add melted butter and half cup of milk to the above
mix,add milk,egg and vanilla essence to this.Beat on
medium speed of mixer for 2 minutes.
5)Bake 20-25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes
out clean.
Fudge Sauce
Ingredients
Milk-2 cup
sugar-1 1/2 cup
cocoa-5 tsp
Butter -4 tsp
Rum-2 tsp
How to prepare
1)Mix Milk,sugar,cocoa and butter and cook on medium heat,
stir continuously,when it starts boiling reduce the
flame and cook for 3 minutes and remove it from heat
and cool it,add rum to it.
2)Pour the fudge sauce above the cake.
Chocolate cake is ready to be served.
