Chinese Vegetable Fried Rice
Authentic Chinese Fried Rice is made from cold rice which has already been cooked by boiling.Ingredients used in fried rice are greatly varied.They can include vegetables such as carrots,beans,celery,peas,and others.
Ingredients
1)Cooked Rice-3 cup
2)Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
3)Capsicum-1 cup
4)Carrot-1/2 cup
5)Broccoli-1 bunch
6)Lettuce-1/4 cup
7)Beans-1 cup
8)Soy sauce-2 tsp
9)Chilli Sauce-1 tsp
10)Ajinomoto -a pinch
11)Salt as required
12)Oil-10 tsp
How to Prepare
1)Boil rice with salt for 10 minutes(or till it is half cooked)
drain water from the rice.
2)Heat oil in a pan,add vegetables and stir fry to soften it.
3)Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan,when it is hot add rice and stir fry
over high heat,stir it continuously for some time.
4)Add soy sauce and chilli sauce,mix it well till the rice is browned.
5)Add ajinomoto,pepper and fried vegetables,reduce the heat to low,mix and fry for 10 minutes.
6)Remove it from fire and garnish it with chopped Chinese Parsley.
Chinese Vegetable Fried rice is ready to be served.
