Cheesecake
A cheesecake is a sweet,often cheese-based dessert.The combination of its crust and soft filling(typically containing eggs,cream and a soft fat-like cream cheese)
The Crust
1)Butter-2 tsp(unsalted)
2)Sugar-1 tsp
3)Graham cracker-1 cup
Cheese Cake
1)Cream cheese-1 pound
2)Sugar-1 1/4 cup
3)Vanilla extract-1 tsp
4)Egg-4
5)Mascarpone cream-2 cups
How to Prepare
1)Grease the bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan,position the
rack in the lower part of the oven.
2)Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
3)For the Crust-Mix the graham cracker with the sugar and melted
butter,and pour it to the spring pan,bake it for 10 minutes,
remove it from oven and allow the pan to cool.
4)Mix the cream cheese and sugar in a mixer until sugar is
fully dissolved,add vanilla.
5)Add eggs to this,one at a time,mix it well.
6)Pour the batter over the crust in the spring form pan.
7)Place the pan in a roasting pan,add enough water into the
larger pan to reach about halfway up the sides of spring
form.
8)Reduce the heat to 325 degree.
9)Bake the cheese cake for 50 minutes,allow it to cool for
1 hour and refrigerate it after that.
10)Refrigerate in the pan for atleast 4 hours.
Cheesecake is ready to be served.
