Bread pudding

Ingredients

1)Vanilla Flavor Pudding  & pie filling-1 pack
2)Sugar-4 tsp
3)Milk-3 cups
4)Raisins-1/4 cup
5)Parkay Spread stick-1 tsp
6)Vanilla-1/2 tsp
7)White bread-6 slices(cut into cubes)
8)Cinnamon-1/4 tsp
9)Ground nutmeg-1/8 tsp

How to Prepare

1)Mix pudding mix and 2 tsp of sugar in a large pan,gradually stir in 2 cups of milk.
2)Add raisins,stir continuously, cook on medium heat until mixture comes to boil.
3)Remove from fire and stir in spread and vanilla.
4)Pour remaining 1 cup milk over bread cubes in large bowl to moisten add pudding
    mixture.Pour into 1-quart baking dish.Combine the remaining 2 tsp sugar with
    cinnamon and nutmeg, sprikle over the pudding.
5)Heat broiler,boil 2-3 inches from heat 4 minutes or until sugar mixture is lightly browned
    and bubbly.

Bread pudding is ready to be served.
