Aloo Masala Curry-Potato Masala Curry

Aloo masal curry is a quick and easy dish that can be
served with Chapati,Indian Roti,Naan,Paratha. 

Ingredients

Potatoes-4(Cut potatoes into cubes )
Red chilly(Sliced vertically)-1
Mustard Seeds-1 tsp
Cumin seeds-a pinch
Fenugreek-a pinch
Bay leaves
kalonji
Grated ginger -1 tsp
Chopped Green chilli-1 tsp
Raw Plaintain-1
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder-1 tsp
Chilly Powder-1 tsp
Tomato-2 nos
Pepper Powder- a pinch
Salt as required
Oil as required
Garam masala

How to prepare

1)Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seeds to it,when it start popping
add red chilly,coriander,fenugreek powder,kaonji and green chilli
to it and saute it well.
2)Add potatoes,raw plaintain,turmeric,chilli powder and masala to it.
3)Add water and salt as required and cook till potatoes
becomes soft.
4)Add tomatoes and water to the above,stir it well till it is cooked,
make it into a thick gravy,add pepper powder to it.
5)Once the tomato is cooked,remove it from fire.

Aloo Masala Curry is ready to be served.
