Sweet Walnut Soup

Ingredients

1)Red dates-1/2 cup
2)Walnut Halves-1 cup
3)Powdered rock sugar-1/2 tsp
4)Water-4 cups
5)Rice  Flour-2 tsp

How to Prepare

1)Wash and soak red dates in cold  water for 3-4 hours.
2)Cut open and remove the seeds.

3)Sesame oil-3 tsp

How to Prepare

1)Cut off the end parts of cucumber and slice finely.
2)Mix the cucumber slices with the Salt and sugar,put it in a dish and chill.
3)Just before serving squeeze out the excess liquid from the cucumber and mix it with vinegar and sesame oil.

Cassis Sticks

Ingredients

1)Water-2/3 cup
2)Granulated Sugar-1/2 cup
3)Frozen whole cassis-1 cup

How to Prepare

1)Mix sugar and water in a pan,and place over high heat,bring to a boil and add    cassis ,stir gently to combine and remove from the heat.
2)Pour the mixture into a 5 x 9 inch loaf pan ,it should make a layer about 1/2 inch thick.
3)Transfer this to freezer until solid for about 2 hours
4)To unmould,dip the pan in hot water for about 5 seconds.
